Goal 2
Customers have ready access to all sector information services, through a choice of delivery channels.

Achieving this goal means giving customers a satisfying experience, so that:

  • agencies build up a total picture of customers and their information needs
  • agencies offer more information pathways, more connections and more customised services
  • agencies create opportunities to add more value to the information they hold
  • agencies consult and involve customers when developing new services
  • agencies know people when they come back based on their past dealings
