- They wouldn’t know outside of the education sector. It’s not about what MoE wants but what they (the stakeholder) want (i.e. customer focus). They would want responsive to needs; dialogue – opening a dialogue; respect for others; partnership; expertise & quality
- Delivering; cohesive sector; excellence; aligned sector, celebrating success
- Experts; business like; professional
- World leader; supporting achievement for all learners; a financially efficient organisation (even at the cost of student outcomes); doing things right rather than doing the right thing.
