Challenges to Address

As an organisation we need to address these significant challenges…
- Not well connected internally; behaving strategically on a daily basis; communication; inferiority (culture); capability & capacity
- Shrinking labour market; habit of adding or not integrating or ‘dropping off’; clarify roles; managing risks that an evidence based approach will focus us to narrowly on symptoms (not gorillas)
- Internal & external communication; acknowledgement of success; timely response; lack of shared principals
- MoE sees itself as a ‘policy’ organisation; transferring and utilising our knowledge internally and externally; lack of focus of shared articulated principals; lack of trust and confidence in and across the organisation; decision-making lacks transparency, is bureaucratic & slow; splintered nature of the organisation (Balkan States); contradictory policies
- Aligning our interventions; communicating; mixed responsiveness; lack of decision-making; identifying priorities
