A Persona is profile of a typical patron of the services being offered. For the ESAF, there are many kinds of “typical”. We need to keep these real people in our minds as we design and develop services.

To reflect the idea of life-long learning, this includes:

The profiles are drawn from real user data, rolled up to create composite characters. They give sector agencies a portfolio of personas they can use as a starting point for their own needs analysis. Future development will include a series of scenarios based around learning-related events and the resulting interactions between the persona and agencies or providers.
