For the purposes of the Architecture Framework we are taking the widest possible definition of Education Sector, including
There are three main groups within the education sector:
- The Central Government Agencies: NZQA; TEC; MoE; ERO; MED; and the Teachers Council. Input from the sector agencies will be managed through the CIOs forum.
- The Education Providers: Schools; PTEs; Universities; Early Childhood centres;
- Relevant Representatives Agencies i.e. the NZ Principals’ Federation; Teachers Unions (including NZEI, PPTA, ASTE, AUS).
