In moving from prototype to demonstration, we need to reconfirm our understanding of the ownership, purpose and audiences for the site. OwnershipThe site should continue to be Ministry owned with sector access. The other option would be to move it to some form of sector ownership - but this would seem premature in light of work going on in the Ministry web infrastructure project and ESAF. PurposeThe overall purpose of the site has been to facilitate sector access and input to Ministry run projects. It is generally agreed that we should keep with this purpose for the next 12 months. It would be possible (on a case-by-case basis) to include sector projects not run by the Ministry - but, again, it would be premature to make the site generally available for non-Ministry, sector-based projects. The focus of wiki should be on things that are in development. Once documents become official, publicly available and static - they should be migrated to the relevant official web-site.
