There is a need to improve the help pages - both for group administrators and general users

It is proposed that two help pages are set up:

How to manage a group: which covers the things people need to know in setting up and managing a group - this would include the standard navigation features
How to access and use the site: which covers the things people need to know in navigating and accessing the site.

These pages would be trail pages pointing to the relevant content in the Documentation Index. Where feaures are not yet documented, new pages would be developed for the Documentation Index.
