- Move site from prototype to demonstration
- Plan for site to have future life of 12 months to Jan 2005 - to be migrated to new Ministry solution at that point
- Changes to be made to the current site as required to further aims of current projects. Main changes are:
- aligning to Ministry look and feel (logo and colours) [supported by upgrade to version 6 when stable release is available]
- improved URL
- implement group and page based security
- provide improved help pages
- Agreement is required to the following:
- proposed guidelines for standard navigational features
- options for new URL: http://wiki.education.govt.nz/GroupName or http://education.wiki.govt.nz/GroupName
- default security approach, principles and response plan for attacks
- structure for help pages and process for developing these
