Describe Virtual Agency here. Virtual
Exists to do/perform a job/s or function/s - how this happens almost immaterial. While it may have its own culture, values, desired behaviours etc these are all internal - in a virtual agency they are only important in as much as they affect the outputs/results to the users of the agency. This should make us look at it quite differently, maybe the types of organisational structures we take for granted are not ‘right’ for a virtual agency - maybe it doesn’t matter? Agency Acting for others, on their behalf but with an interest? I doubt that we think of agencies like this. |
