All parts of the system need to continue to strive for continuous improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery, while increasing the quality of provision and learning outcomes. The new charters and profiles requirements will increase the consistency and transparency of information. This will enable learners to make better decisions, provide a better basis for greater connectedness within the system, and ensure external stakeholders are better connected to the system. The availability of benchmark information against which providers and ITOs can assess their own performance, and of best practice examples, will assist management make strategic decisions and will increase awareness of collaborative and cross-system opportunities. « Change Message 7 | Index | Change Message 9 » |
