The Department of Labour is currently implementing a programme for collecting job vacancy information in New Zealand. The Job Vacancy Monitoring Programme will give new insights into skill shortages. The programme comprises a number of surveys of employers who have recently advertised job vacancies, regular analysis of newspaper and Internet job advertisements and quantitative research into factors affecting supply of and demand for selected occupations. ← Future of Work | Projects | Work Insight → |
