A Wiki Farm is a collection of wikis that share a common software code-base and some common WikiGroups. A farm is made up of one or more Fields — where a field is a collection of groups. For example, each field, plus the home area, has its own a separate Main group. By default, the PmWiki and Profiles? groups are shared across the whole farm. Other groups can be shared as needed, except for the Main group. The site administrator can configure fields with their own Passwords and enable or disable file Uploads. |
