In setting Copyright Policy for the wiki, the Ministry of Education wants to meet these business goals

Some pages on the site, published and maintained by the Ministry or other Crown agency, are Crown Copyright. The majority are not. For most pages, as the host of the Tertiary Wiki, the Ministry of Education grants you permission to copy, distribute and/or modify the pages of the wiki under the terms of the
